PanPastel is a unique range of dry pigment colours that can be applied to card, paper and canvas using a range of Sofft Tools (TM) which have been especially developed for the job.
PanPastel were originally conceived for the traditional art market, they are also great for card making, scrapbooking, altered art projects etc.
